When can I cancel my order?

You can request an order cancellation within 12 hours of placing your order, or before it has been shipped—whichever comes first.

How will I receive my refund?

If you prepaid online (via Razorpay or UPI), your refund will be automatically initiated back to your original payment method upon approval. It usually reflects within 5-7 business days.

Why does cancellation require admin approval?

We process shipments very quickly. A brief approval step ensures that your order hasn't already been handed over to our courier partners before the cancellation takes effect.

What if my order has already shipped?

If your order is already on its way, it cannot be cancelled. However, you can review our Returns Policy to initiate a return after you receive it.
